Promotional Period:

  • Start date/time: 9:00 am AEST on 13/10/25

  • End date/time: 12:00 pm AEST on 12/12/25

Eligible Entrants:
Entry is only open to NSW, QLD, TAS, VIC and WA residents who hold a gym membership and are 18 years or over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.

How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

  1. Purchase any poster package from any stores displaying advertising for this Promotion (includes their respective online stores) ("Participating Venues"); and

  2. Visit https://echelonwatercollection.com/pages/echelon-giveaway, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, State/Territory of residence, gym name and gym address) and upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the qualifying transaction.

Proof of Purchase:
Entrants must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is a receipt for the qualifying transaction. The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.

Entries Permitted:
Multiple entries permitted.

Winner Determination:

  • The draw will take place at Echelon Water, 10 Caroline Street, Kilsyth VIC 3137, Australia at 12:00 pm AEST on 12/12/25 using computerised random selection.

  • The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize specified below.

  • Reserve entries may be selected in case of an invalid entry or entrant.

  • If the draw falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be conducted on the next business day.

Prize Package Includes:

  • 1 × 7 Stage Reverse Osmosis Self-cleaning hydrogen water household filtration system for the winner’s home (Model Number: KG75F7).

  • 2 × 12 Stage hydrogen/alkaline water purifiers for the winner’s nominated gym (Colour: Black and brass. Size: 290 × 400 × 1000 mm, standing cabinet).

  • 2 × 12-month gym memberships (for the winner and a friend) at the winner’s nominated gym.

Further Prize Details:

  • The household system will be delivered to the winner’s nominated residential address.

  • Both gym purifiers will be delivered to the winner’s nominated gym address.

  • The 12-month gym memberships must be claimed within 7 days of notification and will be provided through the winner’s nominated gym, with usage subject to that gym’s membership terms and conditions.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted in writing and published at www.echelonwatercollection.com by 15/12/25.

Unclaimed Prizes

  • The full prize package (excluding gym memberships) must be claimed by 12:00 pm AEDT on 12/12/26.

  • The 12-month gym memberships must be claimed within 7 days of notification (by 17/12/25). If not claimed within this timeframe, they will be forfeited and no substitute will be offered.

  • In the event of any unclaimed prize components, a redraw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 13/01/26.

  • The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in writing and published at www.echelonwatercollection.com by 20/01/26.

Conditions of Entry

  1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that they have read and understood these Conditions of Entry (including the Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of them.

  2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date. Valid and eligible entries will only be accepted during the Promotional Period.

  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Venues, and agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

  4. Entrants must keep their Proof of Purchase and provide it if requested by the Promoter. Failure to provide Proof of Purchase may invalidate an entry.

  5. If a prize is won by a person under 18, the prize may be awarded to their parent/guardian.

  6. No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or transferable unless agreed in writing by the Promoter.

  7. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

  8. Entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for marketing purposes and to administer the Promotion. For details, see the Echelon Water Privacy Policy.

  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical errors, late/lost entries, or any variation in prize value.

  10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable marketing and publicity for the Promoter without further compensation.

  12. Nothing in these Conditions of Entry limits any rights entrants may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
